چکیده
Research on the infiltration characteristics of surface water is fundamental for understanding entire hydrological process. Therefore, studying process sandstone slopes overlaid with loess and predicting soil moisture content are great importance investigating processes controlling erosion in hilly gully areas Loess Plateau China. This study mainly focuses simulation vertical movement patterns four kinds (feldspathic argillaceous sandstone) structures covered thin layers loess. In one-dimensional experiment Hydrus-1D model simulation, interlayer transition planes loess–feldspathic loess–feldspathic–argillaceous sandstones were found to present two conditions: fine covering coarse soil. reduced permeability. The existence a layer between feldspathic decreased rate amount decelerated speed wetting front, thereby further affecting ability infiltration. By using model, 15 sets hydraulic parameters, including θx (0.028–0.05795 cm3/cm3), θs (0.2306–0.4786 α (0.01899–0.06071 cm−1), n (1.438–6.408), Ks (1.96·10−4–0.0576 cm/s) inverted optimized each 20 cm (total 60 cm). Van Genuchten constructed these parameters demonstrated high accuracy by coefficient determination R2 > 0.849 relative error RE < 5.311.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Evaluation of Sandstone and Aquaculture Industries on Water Quality (Case Study: Mohammad Abad River, Gorgan)
Abstract Aquaculture development and construction materials have reduced water health. In this study, we have measured the water quality parameters of Mohammad Abad River, has a mean role in flood control, Fazelabad water supply and ecological balance, compared it with surface water standards. The value of Water Temperature, Turbidity, Dissolved Solids, Salinity (EC), Phosphate, Nitrate, Nitri...
متن کاملThe Dynamic Trend of Soil Water Content in Artificial Forests on the Loess Plateau, China
Extensive vegetation restoration projects have been widely implemented on the Loess Plateau, China, since 1998. In addition, increasing attention has been paid to the influence of revegetation on soil water. However, the response of the soil water content (SWC) to vegetation construction and management has not been adequately studied. In this study, three types of typical artificial vegetation ...
متن کاملa study on thermodynamic models for simulation of 1,3 butadiene purification columns
attempts have been made to study the thermodynamic behavior of 1,3 butadiene purification columns with the aim of retrofitting those columns to more energy efficient separation schemes. 1,3 butadiene is purified in two columns in series through being separated from methyl acetylene and 1,2 butadiene in the first and second column respectively. comparisons have been made among different therm...
Effects of Water Content on SO2/N2 Binary Adsorption Capacities of 13X and 5A Molecular Sieve, Experiment, Simulation, and Modeling
In this work, SO2 adsorption on 13X and 5A was explored at different concentrations, and the results were compared to molecular simulation and models. The adsorbent saturation tests were performed at four different concentrations of 250, 500, 750, and 1000 ppm, and it was observed that saturation would take more time for higher SO2 concentrations. Grand Canonical Monte Carlo method was used for...
